Tutoring and learning centers
Runs
In the cloud, one database per center
CenterSuite’s weekly classroom schedule, with students listed by room and half-hour slot, color-coded by subject, capacity counts under each slot and absences struck through. The names are demo data.

What it does

Everything a learning center runs on, in one place: families and students, class schedules and attendance, progress reports, texting and email, staff shifts and hours, and billing. Each center gets its own web address and its own separate database, and one product covers ten kinds of center, from tutoring and test prep to music schools and martial arts. It’s live, with paying customers and a new release every couple of weeks.

Worth knowing

  • Rules that send reminders, missed-class alerts and follow-ups on their own
  • A family portal where parents see progress, schedules and bills
  • Spreadsheet import that works out which column is which
  • Around 6,500 automated tests, and nightly encrypted backups with a monthly restore drill
  • CenterSuite’s automation rules list, including cold-lead follow-ups, conference reminders, a holiday closure notice and missed-class alerts, each with an on/off switch and when it last ran.
  • The CenterSuite staff dashboard, with counts of active students, enrollments and employees, today’s attendance and staff on the clock, beside the full menu.
  • A printable CenterSuite progress summary for a demo student, with a chart of their math level climbing steadily over two years.
