A terminal window listing the voice assistant’s tools, such as adding to the shopping list, switching a light, setting a timer and undoing the last action, each with a permission tier and whether it can be undone, above a count of actions by route with average response times.

What it does

A voice assistant like the ones on a kitchen counter, except it runs on its own server at home. Speech recognition and the voice run locally, and only the thinking goes out to an AI model, through a gateway that caps spending. It replies in well under a second, can be interrupted mid-sentence, handles everyday commands instantly without the AI, and can undo what it just did.
